YOUR WORDS. FOUR WAYS TO LEARN.

A free printable worksheet maker, built around your family

Wordnest turns a two-column word list into spelling worksheets, Chinese character grids, foldable flashcards, matching games, and a five-day practice pack. Bring school vocabulary, weekend-language-class words, or familiar phrases from home. The interface is English; your learning content can use any language.

  1. 1

Add a word and a clue

Edit the examples, paste two spreadsheet columns, or import CSV, TSV, TXT, or XLSX. You provide definitions, translations, or pinyin.

  2. 2

    Choose a little learning moment

Recall a word, fold a flashcard, match a clue, or select 5, 10, or 20 words for a five-day pack. Switching activities keeps your list.

  3. 3

    Preview, then print

Choose A4 or US Letter. Include parent answers if useful. Print at 100% scale, or choose Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog.

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Before you print

What can I make with Wordnest?

Make printable spelling worksheets, Chinese Hanzi grids, cut-and-fold flashcards, vocabulary matching games, and five-day practice packs from the same two-column word list.

Is Wordnest free, and do I need an account?

The current tool is free to use and does not require an account. Word lists and settings are saved in this browser on this device.

Can I use my own school or weekend-language-class word list?

Yes. Edit the rows, paste two spreadsheet columns, or import CSV, TSV, TXT, or XLSX. Each row needs a word and a clue. Lists can contain up to 500 words, 200 characters per field, and files up to 2 MB.

Does Wordnest automatically add pinyin, translations, or stroke order?

No. Supply your own learning content and check it before printing. Character grids leave one square per Hanzi but do not generate character tracing or stroke-order diagrams.

Can I print on US Letter or A4?

Yes. Choose the paper size beside the preview, match it in the print dialog, use 100% scale, and turn off browser headers and footers. Choose Save as PDF for a digital copy.

Do my words get uploaded?

The application processes the word list and imported files in your browser; it does not upload them for editing or PDF generation. Download a JSON backup before clearing browser data or moving devices.

Bring the words that matter to your family.

No account needed. Your words and settings stay in this browser.
